How you're assessed
At least 70% in both written theory exams (Anatomy and Physiology, Principles of Exercise), a practical exam and a Learner Assessment Record.
Before you start
Little or no prior experience. Some gym experience with machines and free weights helps, along with a reasonable level of fitness and adequate English.

- Work as a Fitness Instructor or Gym Instructor
